Experience : Five years or more of management experience in a full-service food and beverage business.

Compensation : Competitive salary offered - based on experience.

Duties Include: The following is a general, but not fully inclusive, list of basic daily/weekly job duties and functions:

• Management: Directly oversee, train, guide and support front of the house staff.
• Management: Indirectly oversee and support back of the house staff.
• Guest Service: Monitor, maintain and ensure friendly, efficient service levels.
• Quality Control: Be accountable for food and beverage items meeting or exceeding standards.
• Cost Controls: Comprehend and manage inventory, COGS, labor, supplies, etc. consistent with budgetary guidelines.
• Assessment: Daily observational coaching and guidance of each team member in relation to their performance.
• Food Safety: Cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the work area.
• Provide ownership with constructive feedback in relation to improved

Additional Requirements :

• Yavapai County Food Safety Manager Certificate. (
• Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control - Title 4 certificate
