Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant manager experience in upscale-casual or full-service concepts
• Experience with chef-driven, scratch kitchens
• Knowledge of elevated beverage programs (craft cocktails, wine, spirits)
• Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
• Hands-on, floor-based leadership style
