Senior Client Relationship Manager

To manage and grow key client relationships, the full-time salaried Senior Client Relationship Manager will develop strategies for account retention and expansion while providing consultative recommendations and evaluating program performance in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage and grow client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for a defined book of complex EAP and wellness clients Provide strategic recommendations to maximize the value of EAP and wellness programs, evaluating performance through business reviews and ROI analysis Develop tailored engagement strategies in collaboration with client plan sponsors and brokers to enhance employee participation in EAP and wellness programs Required qualifications Three or more years of business-to-business account management experience Preferred experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or insurance account management Bachelor's degree preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong presentation and communication skills
