Proven high-volume experience of at least $6M in annual sales. Strong understanding of quality standards and commitment to upholding them. Hands-on leadership mentality. Upscale Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and constructive feedback. Ensure the highest level of service to our guests. Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Manage staff scheduling to optimize service and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
