Upscale Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary with a quarterly bonus based on profitability. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid parking 401(k) and life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Continuing industry education Upscale Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a scratch cooking upscale casual restaurant. Proven high-volume experience of at least $6M in annual sales. Strong understanding of quality standards and commitment to upholding them. Hands-on leadership mentality. Upscale Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and constructive feedback. Ensure the highest level of service to our guests. Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Manage staff scheduling to optimize service and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
