• Operate and set up a radial drilling machine
• Read blueprints and job instructions
• Measure parts using tape measures and precision measuring tools
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet production and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or machining experience preferred
• Strong math and tape measure skills
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• High attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
