Bell AttendantAs a Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first and last team members our guests interact with, helping create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience throughout their stay. You will assist with luggage, provide helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area, and make sure each guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.This role is an important part of creating a smooth and personalized guest experience. You will work closely with the Front Desk and other hotel departments to respond to guest needs, communicate requests, and provide the high level of service expected in a full service hotel environment.Responsibilities include:Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner upon arrival and departureAssist guests with loading, unloading, transporting, and storing luggageEscort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and servicesProvide directions and recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, activities, and transportationRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests and questionsCommunicate guest needs and requests with the Front Desk and other departmentsAssist with transportation arrangements, taxis, rideshare services, and other guest needsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance and lobby areaAssist with deliveries, luggage storage, and other guest service needs as assignedProtect guest belongings and handle luggage with care and professionalismMaintain a professional appearance and follow hotel grooming and service standardsCreate positive guest interactions by anticipating needs and looking for opportunities to exceed expectationsWork as part of a team to provide consistent and personalized service throughout the guest experienceFollow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and operational standardsPerform other duties as assigned by managementThe ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests from a variety of backgrounds. You should enjoy providing personalized service, be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and have a genuine desire to help others.Previous hotel, resort, hospitality, or guest service experience is helpful but not required. We value strong communication skills, a positive attitude, teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to go the extra step for our guests.This is an active position that requires standing and walking for extended periods, working both indoors and outdoors, and regularly lifting and transporting guest luggage.
