You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.* Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.* Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.* Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.* Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 100 lbs., climbing ladders, kneeling).* Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.**What You Will Need:*** Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.* Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).* Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.* High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.* Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.---**What We Offer:****Compensation & Benefits** $25-$40 per hour; the final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on education, experience, skill level and other qualifications for the roleOvertime: Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal lawsAdditional Compensation: Company provided vehicle for job-related travel, Uniforms and safety PPE providedAdditional Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid time off and holidays**Work-Life Balance*** Flexible scheduling for when life happens* On-call responsibilities only after adequate training**Ongoing Training & Recognition*** Continuous learning opportunities, including AAADM certification.* Length of Service awards to celebrate your milestones.**Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:**ASSA ABLOY fosters a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and included.
