• Number of Beds - 26
• Number of Staff
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift 1 Charge RN, 7-8 RN's and 1 LC
  • Night Shift 1 Charge RN, 6-7 RN's
• Patient Ratios 1:3, 1:4, estimated never guaranteed
• Type of equipment -
• EMR Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current Mother/Baby acute care hospital experience
• BLS & NRP

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Lactations experience
• Transitions experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Circumcisions
• Education of newborn parents on safety, nurturing and health of baby

• Compassionate, caring, patient, friendly and can-do attitude
• Patient care experience is a priority
