Activity Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, organizing, and leading group and individual activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and exercise programs

• Coordinate outings and excursions to local attractions and community events

• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity programming

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

• Provide support to residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
