Responsibilities:

• Reviews all documentation related deals submitted for credit review.
• This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to approval.
• Works with Sales Managers to assist in resolving potential problems with pending deals.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.

• Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of MS Excel software and MS Word software and Email.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of loan processing experience preferred.
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 per hour /+ up to $300.00 monthly bonus

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lakeland, FL 33805: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lakeland, FL 33805
