What You'll Do: Be the heart of camp - leading games, activities, and special events Mentor counselors and support your team Oversee camper groups Keep things safe, fun, and inclusive for everyone Jump into the action - yes, we mean water balloon fights too What We're Looking For: You’re 18+ , a high school grad, and a natural leader You’ve got camp or youth experience and love working with kids You’re down to be active, loud, creative, and present - all day, every day CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) Able to pass a background check Free Y membership Bi-weekly paycheck Build leadership & resume-ready skills Be part of a mission that matters Make real connections & memories that last a lifetime This isn't just a summer job it's where leaders are made, laughter is nonstop, and every day makes a difference.
