SMT Operator

Location: Exeter, NH
Pay: $20–$23/hour

We're looking for a detail-oriented SMT Operator to help build high-quality electronic products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with SMT equipment and enjoy working with precision, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment, including Pick & Place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
Load and verify electronic components based on work orders and production schedules.
Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and proper component placement.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine preventative maintenance.
Clean and maintain stencils, feeders, nozzles, and other production tools.
Monitor production runs and make machine adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Assist with inventory counts and material handling.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to keep production running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED.
1–3 years of SMT operating experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with Pick & Place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens is a plus.
Ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
Lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
