About the Role:

As a Master Cook with Bourbon Steak, you will play a key role in leading daily kitchen operations while upholding the highest culinary standards. You’ll support menu development, mentor team members, and execute dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. This role is ideal for a motivated professional ready to grow into a leadership position in a dynamic, high-volume fine dining environment.

A motivated culinary professional who is organized, detail oriented and knowledgeable. You will be an integral part of our kitchen team with a passion for food and a guest first mentality. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure. You have superior culinary standards of excellence and work closely with our chefs to develop and execute menus. You have a strong desire to learn and be a mentor among your peers.

What you bring to the table:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and your peers

• Extensive knowledge of food and cooking techniques including advanced knifework, butchery, and fabrication

• A positive attitude and an active interest leadership

• Familiarity with Microsoft office suite of products

• Ability to learn and retain information quickly

• Intellectual curiosity

• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team

• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time

• At least 18 years of age

• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period
