Join our maintenance team at Idylwood Apartments, a 720-unit community where every apartment you prepare helps create a great first impression for new residents. We're looking for a dependable team player who takes real pride in a job done right, enjoys solving problems, and is always willing to lend a hand when a teammate needs one! Why Morgan Properties? $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Up to 20% Rent Discount Quarterly Morgan Essentials Bonus ($300) Shared Renewal Commissions Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Generous PTO and Paid Holidays What You'll Do: Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in Perform drywall repairs, painting, touch-ups, and punch-list items Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs Complete trash-outs and maintain clean, safe work areas Test locks, keys, and apartment systems Assist with grounds upkeep and community appearance Support teammates and occasionally assist nearby sister properties Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every 7 weeks) What We're Looking For: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with apartment turns, drywall, plumbing, and general maintenance preferred HVAC/EPA certification is a plus One year of related maintenance experience preferred At Morgan Properties, we look for people who own their work from start to finish, treat every resident and teammate with genuine respect, and show up each day ready to do things the right way.
