Lead Farm Mechanic/ Shop Manager
Sugarland Growers, Inc. is one of Hawaiʻi’s largest diversified crop operations.Here at Sugarland we grow bananas, bell peppers, broccoli, cabbages, cucumbers, tomatoes, and watermelons and distribute only among the Hawaiian Islands.
Due to retirement, we are looking to hire for a full-time shop mechanic to manage others working in shop on our large farm, on the island of O'ahu.Ideal candidate would have previous experience with John Deere equipment, be motivated, and time-conscience.
Must be a team player and an excellent communicator to ESL co-workers.Must be willing to work on the farm's equipment.Long term opportunity.Salary commensurate with experience.Benefits include: health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401K, and bonuses.Must pass a pre-employment drug test, e-Verified background check, and valid driver's license.
