About the Role

The Company is in search of a full-time Assistant Chief Medical Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and administrative oversight within a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, supporting and overseeing medical providers, assisting in the recruitment and evaluation of clinical staff, monitoring performance metrics, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The Assistant Chief Medical Officer will also be involved in strategic planning, program development, and must have a strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards. Applicants for the Assistant Chief Medical Officer position at the company must hold an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and possess an active Pennsylvania medical license or have the ability to obtain one. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with prior leadership experience, is required.
