Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence. The role involves working in both inpatient and outpatient settings across a diverse patient population, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and activities of daily living (ADL) needs.
• Provide inpatient acute care interventions, including discharge recommendations.
• Offer outpatient services that include hand therapy, orthopedics, neuro rehabilitation, custom splinting, driving assessments, and ADL training.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
