Warehouse Clerk

Administrative SupportResponsible for providing internal and external administrative and customer support.Responsibilities:Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via emailEnsure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed. Translate PS documents to Spanish.Maintain various databases including Kronos, Attendance, Non-Conformance, etc.Schedule and administer work assignments. Run Miscellaneous AS400 reports, update Excel Spreadsheets, function as a "backup" clerk for Distribution loads, schedule incoming freight, etc.Fulfill administrative tasks such as creation of meeting notes, filing paperwork, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned.Print labels and create problem tickets.Create load sheets and/or ASN's.Required Experience:Education:High school diploma or equivalent.Relevant Work Experience:At least 2 years warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.At least 1 year experience with AS400 and SAP.Ability to read, write, speak, and translate English/Spanish. Must have good mathematical skills; must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
