Multi-Site Manufacturing | Aerospace & Defence | HR Business Partnering Harper Fox Partners has been exclusively engaged to appoint a Human Resources Manager on behalf of a global manufacturing organisation operating within the Aerospace, Defence and Electronics sectors. Following recent acquisitions and continued international growth, the business is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with site leadership across three manufacturing locations in New Hampshire and Pennsylvania, playing a pivotal role in supporting operational performance, organisational integration and long-term people strategy. This is a highly visible position within the organisation, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior operational leaders whilst supporting a collaborative international workforce across North America and global operations. The successful individual will lead all aspects of site Human Resources, supporting employee engagement, talent acquisition, organisational development and post-acquisition integration, whilst helping to build a high-performing culture that supports continued business growth. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as the strategic HR partner to site leadership across three manufacturing locations Leading employee relations, performance management, coaching and organisational development initiatives Supporting post-acquisition integration and organisational change programmes Driving recruitment across manufacturing, engineering and technical functions Managing compensation, succession planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice Partnering with international stakeholders and supporting a globally connected HR function Driving continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and operations We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who bring: 10+ years' Human Resources experience with a minimum of two years operating at HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner level Previous HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Aerospace, Defence, Electronics or other highly regulated manufacturing sector experience would be highly advantageous Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites and partnering with senior operational leadership teams Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, organisational integration or business transformation initiatives A strong background in employee relations, leadership coaching and organisational development Experience recruiting engineering, manufacturing and other technical talent A commercially minded, proactive and hands‑on leadership style with the confidence to influence at all levels This opportunity offers: A highly competitive compensation package and benefits A key leadership position within a growing international manufacturing organisation The opportunity to influence business strategy and partner directly with senior operational leaders Exposure to international HR collaboration and global business operations The chance to play a significant role in business integration and future organisational growth Long-term career progression within a business investing heavily in its people, culture and operational excellence For a confidential discussion or to apply, please apply below or contact: #J-18808-Ljbffr
