This role offers a unique opportunity to combine full-cycle recruiting expertise with hands-on exposure to core HR functions. Approximately 75% of your time will be dedicated to recruiting , while the remaining 25% will focus on HR operations, employee programs, onboarding, and HR initiatives that help create a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition (75%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and business functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and candidate profiles
- Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and strategic partnerships
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and guide hiring teams through the selection process
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Support diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives
- Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring insights to stakeholders
Human Resources Support (25%)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Support HR data reporting and workforce analytics
- Respond to employee questions and assist with employee relations matters
- Contribute to performance management and talent development initiatives
- Support HR compliance, policies, and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR system data integrity
- Help drive programs that foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success managing 8+ open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and shortlist development skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter ; SmartRecruiters experience is highly desirable
- Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR best practices across employee relations, talent management, onboarding, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
