Customer Care Specialist

Location: Beggs, OK | Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Classification: Exempt | Compensation: Not specified Overview An established manufacturer is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for its customers. This role is central to building strong customer relationships, managing orders, and coordinating across sales, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for both domestic and Latin American accounts. What you'll do Serve as a primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Provide order status updates, delivery timelines, and assistance with customer concerns Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues Process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, and order records within an ERP system Establish new customer accounts and maintain customer databases Process invoices and shipping documentation Coordinate product sample requests and fulfillment Prepare customer quotations for standard and customized products Support sales initiatives through customer communications, promotional materials, and product updates Work collaboratively with sales and other internal departments to meet customer needs Coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams to align production schedules with customer delivery expectations Manage product returns, credits, and related customer service issues Partner with quality and operations teams to resolve product or order concerns Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Experience in customer service, customer account management, inside sales, or sales support Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused This is a Full-Time, Exempt position Preferred qualifications Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce preferred Why this role This position offers the chance to be a central point of contact supporting both domestic and international customer accounts, working closely with sales, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and responsive customer support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Placement Group
