The Inventory Management Specialist will assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) to ensure our sales floor is well-stocked, enabling a memorable customer experience while helping us achieve our sales goals. You will support efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor and ensure our inventory systems are accurate, timely, and organized. Key Responsibilities Foster a customer‑centric culture; aim to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships. Ensure accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing inventory. Verify that all merchandise deliveries meet company standards. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company ticketing and signage guidelines. Apply EAS tags to merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention protocols. Input freight information into the systems in a timely and accurate manner. Efficiently execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re‑tickets, and markdowns in compliance with company procedures. Maintain high productivity levels to meet units per hour (UPH) targets. Keep the stock room organized and compliant with all company and state guidelines. Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws, in addition to company policies and practices. Undertake additional duties as assigned by management. Exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, teammates, corporate partners, and vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
