What You'll Do

As a Server at Moto, you are a key player in crafting a one-of-a-kind guest experience. You'll act as both Ambassador and Experience Guide , ensuring every Guest feels welcome, valued, and inspired to return.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• • Delivering sincere, positive, and attentive hospitality to every Guest
  • Executing flawless table service, from the greet to the farewell
  • Supporting Team Members through proactive, hands-on assistance
  • Mastering menu knowledge - including wine, spirits, and culinary details
  • Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and ABC regulations
  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• High standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• A growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead
