ERP Project Support Specialist

We are seeking an ERP Project Support Specialist to join a growing team supporting a large-scale ERP implementation within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, data analysis, and working closely with business and technical teams to drive successful ERP initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and optimization of Syspro ERP software Collaborate with functional user groups to develop customized business solutions Create core process documentation to support training and operational alignment Test ERP system processes and validate system outcomes Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership teams Develop custom reports and assist with data analytics initiatives Coordinate with ERP support teams to resolve technical issues Learn and support additional software platforms tied to ERP and application management Required Qualifications Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field (equivalent experience considered) Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with Syspro ERP software Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and reporting tools 2-3 years of ERP-related experience 1-2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within ERP systems, process improvement, and manufacturing operations while working alongside a collaborative and innovative team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly
