To thrive, you should have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree or risk certification a plus. 3–7 years of risk management experience in financial services, ideally with structured products or fixed income. Proficient in MBS, CMBS, derivatives, and RCSA methodologies; familiarity with audit processes and SOX compliance. Solid analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrates high integrity, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor aligned with core ethical values. Your responsibilities as the Risk Analyst will include: Conduct risk assessments and RCSAs for MBS, CMBS, and derivatives to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. Analyze and monitor exposure to credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks using quantitative and qualitative methods. Develop and maintain risk models, dashboards, and reports to track and communicate key indicators. Support internal and external audits by ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing risk controls. Collaborate with business units to integrate risk management practices and communicate risk insights effectively.
