Management Trainee

Job Description Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in‑depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain practical experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company. Key Responsibilities Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Participate in professional development programs, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits. Show willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program. Required Qualifications Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months of employment. Preferred Qualifications Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role. A business or otherwise related academic major. A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities. DOT & Driving Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver's license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
