They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed. Keys to Success in this Role: Gaming operations experience preferred. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Able to work flexible schedule. Able to work weekends and holidays as required. Promotes outstanding guest service which includes a positive, outgoing attitude. Responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation and training of VGM Floor Attendants. Responsible for resolution of guest complaints and disputes. Administration of all departmental rules, policies and regulations for VGM Floor Attendants. Recommends, documents and issues appropriate discipline for VGM Floor Attendants. Responsible for proper staffing levels. Responsible for establishing positive, fair and consistent treatment of all VGM Floor Attendants. Responsible for direct-line communication with VGM staff. Responsible for maintaining employee history sheets. Performs all other duties as assigned. Able to lift 30 lbs. frequently. Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours. Why Saratoga Casino Hotel?
