Job Description

The Insurance Sales and Service role involves a balanced focus between client acquisition and providing ongoing policy support. This position requires working independently while directly reporting to the Sales Manager. It does not involve travel and centers on delivering quality customer service alongside effective sales strategies to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Acquire new clients through strategic outreach
Provide consulting on appropriate insurance policies
Assist clients with claims processing
Deliver responsive customer support
Manage policy renewals to retain clients
Cross-sell additional insurance products

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in insurance sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Insurance License (Property and Casualty)
Customer service skills
Sales techniques knowledge
Understanding of insurance products
Strong communication skills
