Summary Join the Retail Learning Academy as a Learning Solutions Intern supporting training-related projects that enhance the development of Retail and Corporate teams. This internship offers hands‑on experience in instructional design, project management, multimedia content creation, and learning communications within a luxury retail environment. The role also supports data management and operational tracking to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of training programs. Responsibilities Design and refine visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for learning programs and leadership communications. Create multimedia micro‑learning videos and dynamic visual content to support instructional goals. Catalog, update, and maintain learning resources and ensure version control. Track participation and completion rates and update the Learning Management System (LMS). Coordinate translation formatting and ensure translated materials align with brand standards. Draft, edit, and distribute learning communications and provide cross‑functional support to the Academy team. Requirements Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field. Able and willing to work on site 4-5 days per week in Midtown Manhattan; willing to relocate to NYC if required. Legally authorized to work in the United States and available for a 6‑month contract. Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop. Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
