With 200 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh.A day in the life.As our Account Manager on the Real Estate/Hospitality Commercial Lines team, you'll build and maintain key client and carrier relationships, assist assigned clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem solving. You will be joining a high-performing, award-winning team that specializes exclusively in REH and supports clients nationwide. This team manages a portfolio of premium relationships averaging above $1,000,000 annually, a marker of complex, substantial risks and deep client partnerships. This means you'll work on meaningful, sophisticated business from day one, with access to carrier relationships and industry expertise that typically takes years to build.You'll work with the Co-Leader of the REH Practice and leading Marketing Account Executives to monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients, provide analysis and recommendation of coverage needs, prepare/provide marketing information, complete the implementation process, create premium allocations, schedule and conduct meetings, prepare and deliver forms to clients, attend seminars, classes, client and insurance carrier meetings to stay up-to-date on products and legislative changes, and participate in other projects as needed.Why specialize in real estate & hospitality?The REH Commercial Lines practice at McGriff is one of the firm's most successful specialized vertical teams.
