responsibilities:

• "First-In-Command" on-site leader responsible for the overall field performance, productivity, and successful delivery of large industrial projects.

• Coordinating subcontractors, managing daily labor relations, and directing crew activities through inclusive morning huddles and progress meetings to ensure total contract compliance.

• Close collaboration with the Project Manager to develop schedules, manage material and equipment logistics, and maintain precise project documentation and daily field reports.

• Above all, act as a safety champion by immediately correcting unsafe conditions, enforcing strict rules, leading weekly safety meetings, and managing accident investigations to guarantee a secure, high-performing jobsite from layout to final project closeout.
