Customer Experience Center Program Manager - Marlborough, MA

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Customer Experience Center Program Manager to oversee daily operations and customer engagements at its Marlborough, MA facility. The role coordinates customer visits, product demonstrations, and logistics while managing the center's readiness to showcase bioprocessing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer visits, coordinating presentations and demonstrations showcasing bioprocessing solutions
• Maintain Customer Experience Center operations, ensuring brand-aligned displays and demonstration readiness
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and workflows with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Applications teams
• Manage demo inventory, tracking and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments for North American marketing events
• Collect customer feedback and visit metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years bioprocessing industry experience with upstream, downstream, and analytical process knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Exceptional organizational abilities managing complex schedules and multiple stakeholders
• High attention to detail; capability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $90,000-$95,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
