Estimated Travel Package:

• Hourly Rate: $113.62
• Weekly Stipend: $1239.00 ($448.00 Weekly Meal + $791.00 Weekly Lodging)
• Gross Weekly Pay: $5159 (Based on 40 hours/week in a 13-week contract)

Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Facility Location: New Lenox, IL Shift: Varied weekdays, 7a-3p, 7a-7p, or 7a-11p + potential weekends

Notes: We are seeing 4 FTE Locum CRNAs to expand a provider pool for hospital coverage. Immediate need for ongoing 13-week assignments with varied shifts including weekdays and potential weekends.

Requirements:

• Coverage for Procedural Care Units.
• General OR experience required for 2 providers (no neuro or cardiac experience necessary), while one provider with outpatient endoscopy experience and MAC is preferred.
• Average 4-5 cases/day during 12-hour shifts (primarily Ortho and Neuro cases).
• Cases involve Ortho with surgical assistants and Neuro with an OR team.
• EMR: Cerner
• 100% supervised setting at Trauma level II; No hearts, pediatrics, major vascular, or OB cases.
• No placement of blocks or lines
• Credentialing timeframe: 4-6 weeks; accepting new grads.

Submission Requirements:

• NBCRNA - Required
• Active IL license or in process - Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required
• Spinal Anesthesia and Neurosurgical Anesthesia experience - Required
• Ability to work Ortho, Neuro, and Endoscopy cases - Preferred
• COVID and Flu vaccine - Required; note vaccination status at the time of clearance
