Registered Nurse Trainer
Join our nursing team as a RN/Nurse Trainer to meet medication administration needs and monitor health issues for adults with intellectual disabilities. We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse Trainer to pass medications, complete annual nursing assessments, and to train agency staff regarding medication administration & health and safety issues. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with shared on call duties. This position is based out of our Vandalia site. Requirements: Have and maintain a current unencumbered IL Registered Nurse license with necessary malpractice insurance (we reimburse for insurance). Possess 1 year of clinical RN experience within the last 5 years, preferably in developmental disabilities (for RN position only). Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation. Have a demonstrated ability to relate to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
