Nurses may work across various Med-Surg units caring for patients with acute and chronic medical conditions, post-surgical recovery needs, orthopedic and neurological conditions, renal disorders, respiratory patients, and other complex medical diagnoses. The focus is on delivering exceptional patient care while working closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
