Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - MC Address: Waxhaw, NC Job Description Provide primary and family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. Perform routine examinations, order diagnostic tests, and coordinate patient care plans with healthcare professionals. Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and conduct health screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management. Carry out administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, verifying insurance, and collecting payments. Manage patient appointments, facilitate follow-up, and ensure positive health outcomes. Critical Information Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, three weekdays, and every other weekend. Remote work: Able to work remotely within a clinical team environment. Environment: In-person role, onsite as needed. Education/Licenses Needed Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program. Current National Board Certification and State of Employment license for Advanced Practice Nurse role. Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
