Location: Atlanta, GA

Work Mode: Initially Remote / Hybrid / Onsite based on client preference

Rate: $75/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. The initial focus will be on implementing ServiceNow SPM to support enterprise portfolio management needs, followed by establishing an end-to-end Agile workflow from portfolio intake through Sprint and Kanban execution. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience, deep knowledge of SPM and ITSM, and the ability to provide technical leadership across development, integrations, governance, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Define scalable SPM architecture, configurations, workflows, and platform standards
Design Agile taxonomy and workflows from portfolio intake through Sprint and Kanban execution
Translate portfolio management requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
Support integration between Azure DevOps, ServiceNow ITSM, and SPM
Design and support enterprise workflows, automation, and service management processes
Support CMDB governance and platform best practices
Provide technical guidance to developers, administrators, and business stakeholders
Support ServiceNow integrations, upgrades, performance optimization, and continuous improvement
Establish platform governance and ensure scalable enterprise architecture

Required Skills

Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow SPM and ITSM
Experience implementing portfolio, demand, project, and Agile capabilities in ServiceNow
Strong understanding of portfolio intake, Sprint, and Kanban workflows
Experience designing Agile taxonomy within ServiceNow
Experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, integrations, and workflow automation
Understanding of Azure DevOps and ServiceNow integrations
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong technical leadership and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS-SPM certification
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps
Experience with enterprise portfolio management and Agile transformation initiatives
Knowledge of: ITSM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, ServiceNow platform governance
