Surety and Construction Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with over two years of experience to join the surety and construction group in Dallas, TX. The practice focuses on litigation in state and federal courts, counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation. Duties Engage in litigation in both state and federal courts. Provide counseling and dispute resolution services. Draft and negotiate construction contracts and related documents. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the Texas bar. Practical or legal knowledge of the construction industry. Experience with construction disputes and mechanics' liens preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
