Charles Knuth - State Farm is looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative to help Ann Arbor families and businesses protect what matters. You'll get a steady base salary, uncapped commission and bonus, and the training to build a long-term career.
Pay: $45,000-$55,000 per year base plus commission and bonus
What you'll do:
- Reach out to new prospects and follow up on leads and referrals
- Review customers' needs and recommend auto, home, life, and other coverage
- Close new business and work toward monthly sales goals
- Keep accurate notes in the agency's system
What we need:
- Sales experience (insurance, retail, auto, phone, or B2B sales) preferred
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or able to obtain them
- Confident communicator who is comfortable with goals
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, in office in Ann Arbor
Benefits: Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), growth potential and advancement
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
