Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, stressors, and personal goals, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions by integrating mindfulness techniques into treatment plans, addressing clients' specific mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a supportive and safe therapeutic environment.

• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic techniques within a clinical setting.
