Bartender - Full Time

Key Responsibilities Greet guests courteously and in line with Service Essentials. Recite the full beverage selection list. Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes while practicing prudent portion control. Input and control orders through the register, maintaining accountability and issuing receipts for all beverages served. Frequently check back with and entertain guests. Prepare the bar for the next shift by replenishing fruit and supply levels to par. Sell tokens for gaming machines. Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, removing empty glasses and bottles and cleaning ashtrays. Abide by all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations for the service of alcoholic beverages to minors and potentially intoxicated guests. Provide service reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.). Immediately inform the on‑site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty of any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity; report pursuant to the company Self‑Reporting Policy. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. Additional Job Functions May be assigned as a dual rate with another F&B position. Qualifications Experience: Previous bartending in a high volume setting preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively, understand and comply with company and departmental rules and regulations. Licenses and Certifications: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License – Level 3; Indiana Alcohol Beverage Permit. Must obtain and maintain company alcohol awareness certification.
