This role is a vital mix of accounts receivable support and corporate expense management. Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $50,000 – $60,000/year | DOE

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties Of The Collections And Expense Associate:

• Manage collections, aging reports, and delinquent accounts, including coordination with third-party agencies
• Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
• Review employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Support Sunshine Act/Open Payments reporting, expense tracking, and reimbursement processing
• Assist with accounts payable functions and maintain records for audits and compliance

Requirements Of The Collections And Expense Associate:

• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, expense reporting, or accounting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
• Experience reviewing expense reports, corporate credit cards, and financial reconciliations
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, subscription billing, or Sunshine Act reporting is a plus
