Qualifications and Experience:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience providing PT services in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable working with middle school-aged children
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with school staff and student families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to two students, ensuring interventions are tailored to each child’s individual education plan
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize each student’s success
• Accurately document sessions, track progress toward goals, and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for ongoing student development
• Adjust intervention techniques to address emerging needs and maximize each child’s functional abilities within the school environment
