If you’re ready to grow with a company that’s making a significant difference in the lives of others, you are made for this!As a RN Field Manager, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standardsCarry a caseload of 12-15 patients and assist Administrator with Quality Assurance tasks (i.e signing orders, correcting frequencies, supply management)Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregiversEnsure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care proceduresAssess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfactionEffectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client careA few must-haves for a RN Field Manager:Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in TennesseeMinimum of 3 years of nursing experience in home healthcareAt least 1 years of supervisory and caregiver management experienceCPR certificationExtensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standardsExcellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skillsWhy Work for Interim HealthCare?Founded in 1966, Interim HealthCare is the nation’s first home care company and a leading employer of RN Field Manager professionals.
