This freelance opportunity calls for an experienced agency project manager who can lead day-to-day business, drive timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide polished client-facing leadership across shopper marketing and retail media initiatives Ideal Sr. Project Manager candidates will have: – Agency project management experience within CPG, shopper marketing, and retail media required. – BA degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field. – At least 5+ years of marketing or advertising experience, ideally within an agency environment focused on retailer promotions. – Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking and managing the day-to-day business of Shopper Marketing programs. – Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. – Strong decision-making skills grounded in agency, client, and industry knowledge. – Advanced computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. – Proven ability to manage time effectively, adhere to strict timelines, and perform well under pressure.
