Position: Drain Technician

We're looking for a dedicated Drain Technician to provide exceptional service to homeowners throughout the Cleveland, OH area. In this role, you will diagnose and repair drain issues while guiding customers to informed and confident decisions. While experience is preferred, we're willing to train the right candidate.

Your Role:

Deliver outstanding customer service through our Service System
Perform drain snaking
Collaborate with Camera Technicians for job handoffs
Maintain truck cleanliness and organization
Manage tools and inventory

Requirements:

Ability to operate heavy machinery
General construction knowledge is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Clean-cut appearance
Valid driver's license
Clean criminal and driving record
