Position Summary HiHealthCare is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client in the comfort of their home in Keaʻau. This position offers a consistent schedule of 1-2 twelve-hour shifts per week and is ideal for nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships while providing high-quality, individualized care. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the patient's individualized plan of care Monitor, assess, and document the patient's condition during each shift Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician Perform skilled nursing procedures, including care of medical equipment as needed Respond appropriately to changes in the patient's condition and communicate concerns to the healthcare team Collaborate with family members, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care Educate family caregivers regarding health maintenance, treatments, and safety measures Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Hawaii Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience required Pediatric nursing experience preferred Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and/or G-tube care is a plus Current CPR certification (BLS) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance What We Offer Consistent schedule of 1-2 twelve-hour shifts per week Competitive compensation Flexible Part Time and Per Diem opportunities One-on-one patient care environment Supportive clinical team and ongoing training Opportunities for professional growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr HiHealthCare
