Job Title: Clinical Nurse - RN Med Surg (Travel)

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Pay: $2,119.68 weekly

Shifts: 48/hr contracts available

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Goldsboro, NC. This role involves delivering exceptional patient care in a hospital setting. The Clinical Nurse will coordinate and implement patient care using the nursing process, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager/Director.

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse - RN Med Surg

Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process
Participate in patient education and implement educational programs
Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans with guidance
Demonstrate competence in care of patients with complex problems
Perform bedside point of care testing as needed
Consult with appropriate resources for complex care issues
Develop goals for professional growth and participate in unit goals
Promote a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment
Develop relationships with families to advocate for patient needs
Collaborate on care plans with patients and family
Use available multidisciplinary resources in planning care

Requirements of the Clinical Nurse - RN Med Surg

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC)
Minimum of 2 years current IMC experience and willing to take IMC patients
Completion of PCU/IMC checklist with submission
One (1) year of nursing experience
Nursing Diploma; ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing required
