Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a critical access, acute care facility
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across all acuity levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs) and all compliance and background check standards
• Complete required facility learning modules prior to the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in critical access or rural acute care hospital environments
