AVP/SA, Advisory Trade Specialist, Private Banking, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities

• Execute client investment transactions accurately and efficiently across Structured Products and Alternative Investments for non-tagged PB & TPC accounts.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office to ensure timely and precise execution of client instructions.
• Manage end-to-end trade execution workflows, including pricing, pre-trade checks, voice log and trade execution.
• Support indicative pricing requests and provide execution support for structured product transactions, ensuring alignment with market conditions and internal guidelines.
• Perform rigorous pre-trade checks to ensure completeness of client suitability, and adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements prior to execution.
• Communicate key product features, risks, and execution-related information to clients where required, in accordance with approved communication standards.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of executed trades, ensuring audit readiness.
• In addition, this role also provides execution coverage and continuity of service in the absence of Investment Counsellors.
• Identify and drive improvements in execution processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Support ad hoc tasks, work projects and initiatives as assigned. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial markets, dealing, or portfolio advisory
• Strong understanding of and keen interest in financial and investment markets
• Solid knowledge across multiple asset classes, including FX, Equities, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives, Structured Products, Funds, and Private Equity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment
• CACS Paper 1 & 2 is required for the role
